Our customers are set up on auto debiting; services are charged prior to services being rendered. We have found that this method is easier on both parties. It eliminates the customer from having to remember to make a payment, and it also helps us operate more efficiently from various perspectives. 

Before a treatment, it's important to clean and declutter the area, remove any pet food or water dishes, and cover or remove any exposed food or utensils.

The length of a treatment varies depending on the type of pest and the size of the property. On average, our monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly treatments take between 15-30 minutes.

  Yes, professionals use EPA-approved products and follow strict safety guidelines. 

 In most cases, it is not necessary to leave. However, there some services that we offer that require an empty house prior to service, such has a flea treatment.

Free service calls are visits that are made in between regularly paid visits upon request. They are kind of like insurance to you as the customer for assurance that if a problem arises in between visits, we'll be there to solve it free of charge.
